Frequently asked questions

Are these sessions still available for booking?

Most formats shown here are run on a repeating basis, though exact dates depend on group size and season. Contact us to check the current schedule for a specific activity type.

Can a program be adjusted for a group with mixed fitness levels?

Yes. Route length, pace groups and exercise intensity are set after a short conversation about the group, which is why details vary between the examples above.

How quickly do you respond to a new request?

Typical reply time is around 3 hours during business hours. For weekend requests, a reply usually follows on the next working day.

Do you keep records from past sessions for repeat bookings?

Basic notes on group size, route and equipment used are kept so that returning clients do not need to repeat the same planning conversation each time.
